When God is an active, vital, prioritized part of my every day life and existence, I don’t have to worry about being along. When my heart is full of the Spirit, there is no room for doubt or disbelief. Nothing can harm me. God will be my fierce protector against the evil in this world. He will shield me from Satan. I will not have to live in fear. I will have the freedom that only comes through full confidence in God. He supplies all that we need. He meets our every need. When He attends to my every need in such a way, it helps me to realize and know without a doubt that He is my provider, my source of strength and sustenance, and my constant help through whatever life throws my way. When others want to mock me, He stands by my side. When the darkness of the world threatens to eat me alive, He is my light. He is my God and He is always with me. What a comfort to know that as this world continues to unravel, I am not walking through it alone. I can go through the fires without being seared because I am walking in His spirit. I am not without guidance, not without comfort, not without love. I am guided, comforted, and loved by the Most High King, who is generous in His gifts and lavish in his love. His word promises to never leave me nor forsake me and that is a promise that is as solid as a foundation of rock, and I can stand on that promise today and every day. I can trust in my God, and He can delight in my trust. As long as I continue to seek His face, I am sheltered through my storms, and able to bear the burdens that life puts in my path.
