Supplements For Mental Health

Did you know that there are some natural things you can take for mental health? Now, this isn’t to replace what the doctor has you on, but it can help a lot. I know for my twins using certain essential oils has been a Godsend.  So, let’s take a look at some natural things.

Depression- Folic Acid, Omega-3 fatty acids, St.John’s Wart, vitamin B. Fish oil, vitamin D, Lavender oil, lemon oil, Chamomile, and Cedarwood oil.

ADHD- Omega-3 fatty acids, lavender oil, vetiver oil, Zinc, Magnesium.

Anxiety- Passionflower is a calming herb commonly used as a household treatment for anxiety. Its been shown to promote positive moods, improve sleep quality and alleviate nervousness.

Valerian root, licorice root, Omega-3 Fatty Acid, B Vitamins, Copaiba oil, Chamomile, lavender, lemon, rose and Ylang-ylang

Autism- Vitamin B6. Vitamin C, Magnesium, Omega-3 Fatty Acids, Melatonin (helps with sleeping), vetiver oil, cedarwood, lavender oil, orange, frankincense, peppermint oil, rosemary, and chamomile.

These are just a few for mental health and for sure not all of them. I just wanted to give you a few one them. For sure do research about what is best to use for you. Not all of these will help everyone. It’s a trial and error for sure.
