Just as doing all the recommended things to maintain physical health doesn’t guarantee you’ll never get sick, there is no fool-proof formula to keep your mind from going sideways. But there are many things we can do to give our minds their best chance to be as healthy as possible.
Here’s some of the things that having Bipolar Disorder as a business owner has taught me.
Be as honest as you can be about your situation, as professional as possible in presenting the information, and as mindful of other people’s emotions as possible.
